Pricing & Payments

We accept various payment methods. Prices displayed include applicable taxes where required. Final costs will be calculated at checkout. Prices are charged in SGD (Singapore Dollars). Even though prices are charged in SGD, your bank, financial institution, or credit card provider may levy a foreign transaction fee due to the payment processor being located in Japan.

Additional Fees

All orders have a standard flat-rate shipping fee of $5. Special order shoes may incur an additional $5 shipping fee. Even though prices are charged in SGD, your bank, financial institution, or credit card provider may levy a nominal foreign transaction or exchange fee due to the payment processor being located in Japan.

Exchanges & Returns Policy

Items before shipping: You can cancel your order by contacting us via the contact page or email.
Items after shipping: Unopened items can be returned for a refund if customer care is contacted within three days of the arrival of the item. We do not accept returns or exchanges of items after wearing. The original tag must be attached and in original condition. We accept exchanges for the same item of a different size.

Returns and exchanges for defective goods and services.
Please contact customer care. We will refund or exchange with new products at our shipping cost.

Delivery Times

Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days.
Products should be received within *5 days and are available as soon as you place your order. Items marked as "Special order" items may take up to four (4) weeks for delivery. Please confirm before purchasing.

Payment Period

Credit card payments are processed as soon as the order is marked as fulfilled, unless it is a special order item. Payments for orders that include special order items are processed within 7 days or purchase.
